Refund and Returns Policy

To Request an Exchange, Please Note the Following Information (Please read carefully and comply with each of the points below):

  1. The garment must have the original tags and packaging. Without exception, no exchange will be accepted without these.
  2. The garment must be in the same condition as when we sent it (i.e., without cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The garment must not be used.
  3. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs associated with the replacement item. Upon receiving your return, we will contact you to arrange payment of the $9 shipping fee for the replacement item.
  4. Items purchased with discounts are only eligible for size exchanges.
  5. We do not issue refunds but will be happy to offer store credit if applicable.
  6. Exchanges are only applicable for purchases made through our website, phone orders, or in our stores in the USA.
  7. You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  8. Final sale items are only eligible for size exchanges. Returns are not accepted.

We remind our customers that our products are considered intimate apparel. The company maintains high-quality standards that give us the discretion to accept or reject items that do not meet the exchange policies for reasons of hygiene or condition.
